Michel Costa
Founder | Lead Consultant
Quality Engineering professional with more than 10 years of experience in industrial environments and involvement in projects involving Quality, Management Systems, Supplier Development, Auditing, and Process Improvement.
His experience combines technical expertise with hands-on experience in industrial operations, connecting requirements, processes, and results in a practical and objective way.
Throughout his career, he has worked across the automotive, metalworking, and manufacturing sectors, gaining experience in a wide range of quality and industrial management challenges.
From Industry to Consulting.
MCA Quality was born from hands-on experience in industrial environments, working closely with the challenges of quality, production, suppliers, and management systems.
Over more than a decade, this experience was built within industrial operations and transformed into our own consulting approach: understanding the process, identifying risks, and developing solutions that are applicable to each company’s reality.
Today, MCA Quality supports organizations seeking greater structure, control, and performance, acting as an extension of their Quality and Engineering teams.
With strategic locations in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, and Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, MCA Quality serves clients across Brazil and supports projects involving international companies and suppliers.
